No One is Above the Law & other ridiculous things we’re asked to believe

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, nor am I the son of a lawyer. I do believe, however, that I could play a good lawyer in a TV show. That established, what you are about to read is strictly the opinion of one who might possibly have unwisely left his eyes open for too long.

So, the Hunter Biden Gun Trial is over and, no surprise, Hunter is guilty of crimes charged. You have to perform mental gymnastics to square that with the whopper told by Daddy Joe that Hunter is innocent and is nothing more than a hapless victim of fate… or as Lady Killary Klinton might put it, “He’s the victim of a vast right-wing conspiracy“.

Word on the street… Daddy Joe is not going to intervene and pardon Junior. Yep, so claims Daddy Biden. Joe has that much confidence in our justice system. Of course, the sentencing phase of Junior Biden’s crime is still upcoming, and we will all then have a front row seat to “Justice is Blind” and “No One is Above the Law.” (stifle the laughter, please, it’s disrespectful when considering the foibles of such lofty individuals as the Biden Family – the New American Royalty).

If Hunter is sentenced to hard time, something I highly doubt will occur, Daddy Joe will, most assuredly, change his tune. After all, Joe is an expert at navigating the murky waters of saying one thing and then saying the exact opposite shortly thereafter; it’s habitual. So, you can put money on some type of pardon or commutation of Hunter’s sentence, if there is a sentence, and be assured of winning such a bet as surely as if you bet that the sun will rise in the sky tomorrow. Ask yourself, “What are the chances of Hunter Biden, the First Son, receiving a prison sentence?” Come on, man, Hunter’s good people and we don’t imprison good people in America. ROFL.

But this little charade is nothing more than smoke and mirrors and a distraction to throw you off the scent of Hunter Biden’s real crimes. The gun charges were small potatoes (did I spell that right? Ahhh, you know the thing). The big kahuna is coming in September – charges of Tax Fraud. It’s important to note here that, accused of the same federal gun crimes and tax fraud as Hunter, you and I would already be locked away from the light of day. But I digress…

Here’s the silent part said out loud: there was no connection to Daddy Joe in Hunter’s gun crime. Hunter navigated that breaking of the law all by himself, after all, he’s the smartest guy Joe knows. But the tax fraud… therein lies the rub. It’s guaranteed that Daddy Joe’s name, and involvement in Hunter’s shady business dealings, will surely come up at trial. After all, at the top of the pyramid of Hunter’s financial missteps is “The Big Guy“.

There’s only one way I know of that the tangled mess of the Biden Crime Family, and its unsavory and illegal dealings, can avoid being splattered all over the courtroom and the media… watch for it.

A blanket pardon that covers all past crimes. By issuing such a pardon prior to the September tax fraud trial, the depth and depravity of Hunter’s financial crimes, and Daddy Joe’s involvement, never see the light of day. You can be sure, that whether Daddy Joe would allow his son to serve time for his gun crimes or not, he will not allow the truth of the Biden Crime Family’s Selling of America to be exposed… after all, the emperor has new clothes, and other time-worn clichés apply.

Will the American public put up with such chicanery? Probably not, and some, therefore, suppose that such a slight of hand by Lyin’ Joe will be the occasion of his exit from the 2024 presidential election.

Who will take Joe’s place? Now that is another whole story (or, as some might put it, “that’s a whole nother story” – while such a phrase has found its way into colloquial English, I’m too grammatically conscious to use that phrase in print. As a matter of fact, I’m so proper language conscientious that I still use commas.)

  1. Whoops, I was wrong…

“There’s only one way I know of that the tangled mess of the Biden Crime Family, and its unsavory and illegal dealings, can avoid being splattered all over the courtroom and the media… watch for it.

A blanket pardon that covers all past crimes.”

There’s another way… plead guilty to all crimes charged (after trying to make a deal to drop the charges, of course, and being rebuffed), and thus avoid a “big top” show trial dragging in the entire Biden Circus.

Next up? Either a pardon, or a commutation of any sentence imposed.
